On behalf of all Korean Buddhists, and both monastic and lay Buddhists of the Jogye Order, I offer my deepest grief and condolences on the occasion of the nirvana of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
The path the Zen Master walked his whole life embodied the bodhisattva practice of promoting peace of mind for all people, as well as reconciliation and healing of the global community.
His great action and practice will forever be a guidepost for all of us. May you come again with the great power of your vows and continue to spread the Buddha’s light of wisdom to guide all sentient beings!
