The Most Ven. Jinje, the Great Patriarch of Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, will offer public teachings on October 4, 2012 at the UN World Religious Leaders Meeting. The Most Ven. Jinje will speak on Buddhist perspective on “World Peace & Ecological Crisis” and practice of Ganhwaseon. Ven. Will also propose solutions to world’s problems, such as war, conflict, oppression, environmental destruction, and poverty. This public teaching is co-sponsored by various NGOs, such as New York Interfaith Center, The Temple of Understanding, and the Riverside Church of New York.
